Over the years I have compiled a team of Home Inspectors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Lawyers, and Insurance Agents. As well I have access to electricians, furnace installers, plumbers, carpenters, painters, tilers, septic companies, and almost every trades relating to the Real Estate Industry, It is paramount to be able to deal in all aspects of putting a real estate transaction together.
I have put together a system for first time home buyers that is extremely successful and am prepared to walk them through it. Buying your first home can be stressful but with a well thought out strategy you can be prepared for everything and ensure there is no buyer remorse. I can formulate values based on market analysis in a timely fashion which allows buyers to understand their options.
